• Registrations for the workshop will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed upon full payment. Registrations are only open to Samsonite members.
• Each registration is only valid for the attendance of one person only. Workshop will be conducted in Cantonese.
• Once the workshop registration is confirmed and paid, the date and time cannot be changed, and the registration cannot be cancelled or refunded. Workshops are non-transferable and no one other than the registrant him/herself are allowed to attend the event.
• If there are any changes to the workshop schedule due to unforeseeable/uncontrollable circumstances, Samsonite Asia Limited will notify the participants via email or phone.
• Participants must present the confirmation email upon entry to participate in this workshop, and for Samsonite Asia Limited’s verification of the name of the participant/registrant.
• Each confirmation email is only valid for participation in the workshop and redemption at Samsonite ifc store on the day of your reserved workshop for one-time regular-priced products of equivalent value (HK$280).
• All coffee and beverage/food products and related workshops are provided solely by Ninety Six Limited trading as “Affee”. Samsonite Asia Limited shall in no circumstances be liable to the participants for any injuries, loss or damages arising from participation in the pop-up event or the workshops or the consumption of any products provided by Ninety Six Limited trading as “Affee”. Participants undertake to release Samsonite Asia Limited, its parents and subsidiaries from any liabilities arising from the same. Samsonite Asia Limited does not warrant (whether express or implied) the product/service quality or fitness for purpose of any products and workshops provided/conducted by Ninety Six Limited trading as “Affee”.
• All personal data collected upon registration for the workshop will only be used for registration for and verification of participation in this workshop and will not be used for other purposes. The collection and processing of your personal data are governed by Samsonite’s Privacy Policy https://www.samsonite.com.hk/en/privacy-policy.html and in accordance with Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
• In case of any dispute, Samsonite Asia Limited reserves the right of final decision.
