Your order will be shipped out from Hong Kong and we currently only ship to: Australia, Mainland China and Taiwan. The shipping charge will be displayed after you select the shipping method in checkout, and it may change depending on the selected delivery method.
In general, we will ship your order within 5 working days of receiving your order. Delivery will be made by different couriers according to destination. The order will be arrived at the designated country in approximate 7-10 working days after we ship out. Estimated delivery time is just for reference, and delivery could be delayed due to handling, payment, custom clearance process or courier arrangements.
Customs or import duties may incur upon reaching its destination, Recipients need to settle the duties with local courier or local customs first. You can reach out to us within 30 calendar days after the import duties are settled for reimbursement with payment proof. The duties will be paid back to you via Paypal (for Australia, Taiwan orders) and WeChat Pay (for Mainland China orders)

For Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Mui Wo and Lamma Island, delivery is only available within 500 metres of walking distance from the goods unloading point.
If no elevators are available on premises, an additional fee will be charged. Ground floor delivery is free of charge. Delivery will be made up to 8 floors only at the cost of HK$10 per floor. Delivery fee shall be paid to the delivery staff directly.
Delivery service is not available to Frontier Closed Area, all outlying islands (excluding Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Hong Kong International Airport and Tung Chung), warehouses and premises not accessible by staircase or above the 8th floor without elevator service.
